The judge had each of the boys swing the gavel first. Josiah and I both held our breath as the judge told the boys to hit it "as hard as they could". Then it was Autumn's turn. This was another proclamation that the decision has been made and formalized. There was lots of celebrating in courtroom number two. Our adoption is now completely finished. We will forever be the parents of this baby girl.
I also pray that this blog has been an offering of hope to all of you who have witnessed this journey. If you even think you hear God's voice, don't be afraid to pursue the calling. Even when its hard, even when its long, there is so much reward and so much joy in the journey.
